Transport
Leeds is serviced by a sturdy transport network, making it a very accessible city. Leeds Bradford Airport is just a short journey from the city centre and welcomes visitors from 70 different destinations. The port of Hull is just over an hour away by car and Leeds benefits from direct train links from across the country. Within the local area TransPennine provide local train travel options. Leeds is served by some very good motorway links, including the M1 which connects it to London, M62, and the M1-A1 link road; a strategic link between the M62 and M1. Once in Leeds, travelling around the city is very easy due to its robust bus network linking the city centre with the surrounding area. Entertainment

There are several theatres located in the heart of Leeds offering everything from cutting edge drama to the more cult viewing. The Leeds Playhouse is located just a short walk from the Minster whilst The Grand Theatre is just around the corner from the Cathedral.
